Pandughar established the Hasina Khanom Foundation in order to give back to the community and contribute to building the country’s champions of tomorrow.
Md. Nihad Ahmed Mollah- a graduate of Pandughar Samsuddin Ahammad Bhuiyan High School, whose story of getting admitted to the prestigious Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology is a testament to perseverance, self-discipline, and the impact of dedicated mentorship.
Hasina Khanom Foundation has established an elementary and a primary school at Pandughar, Muradnagar - Comilla, named - Pandughar Samsuddin Ahammad Bhuiyan High School. The school provides completely free education to more than 500 students from classes 6 to 10. The Foundation also provides scholarships to motivate the students to get higher education and become good citizens of the country. It also has an active program in its ready-made garment business that provides basic education to all its workers.

At the Pandughar village, Hasina Khanom Foundation provides monthly subsistence including rice grain and allowance to over 2,500 elderly and the underprivileged families.
Hasina Khanom Foundation has installed tube wells in Char Kodal kati, Noyar Char, Kolkihara Char, Kolpara, of Char Rajibpur Upazila under the Kurigram District. The foundation is working to further expand installations to serve additional areas in the near future.
Hasina Khanom Foundation provides humanitarian aids and financial assistance for the victims of natural calamities.
